ok, so I don't really do too many kids anymore (besides my own of course) and a friend at work wanted to do some quick pics for her Christmas cards that she's going to be sending out. I thought these were pretty cute. The are just the first mark-ups but so far I am diggin' them! These kids go to the school I work at and they are so cute!!
Everything that could have gone wrong for Susan and Bryan's wedding did...but they still had such a postitive attitude and the day turned out great. The ice storm that came two days before their big day put a major kink in their plans! Her flowers died because the florist lost power, family from Califonia were stranded in Chicago (but eventually made it) and a groomsman from Kansas City had to stay home because the highway was shut down...but they still had a beautiful ceremony and a really fun day. I got to shoot at Windows on Washington for the first time so I was pretty excited about that! I am looking forward to having about a month off! Now maybe I can get some stuff done around here...so I probably won't have much to post until after the holidays! Merry Christmas everybody! (by the way I am not too sure how these pics got so out of order but it will have to do...I am too tired to care right now...ha)
Cute idea for Christmas themed wedding favors This picture cracks me up because of the look Susan has on her face I love the look on the little girl's face to the right of the boquet catcher! I really liked this one
for some reason it won't let me upload pics...I'll have to investigate!

Welp, here's the fam...I don't EVER get my picture taken...EVER...so I know it's cheesy and posed but it was Thanksgiving and I had my camera so I had my sis take a quick pic...at least now ya know who is behind all the posts!
argh! I am so indecisive...I am trying to figure out which banner ad to use and here are some I have come up with...feel free to comment on which one "works" best
I don't shoot senior guys very often but these two guys were great. Being a teacher/photographer has it's perks because I do a lot of seniors that go to Fox. It's neat to remember these seniors back when they were in 4th grade! My first group of fourth graders are seniors this year!! Yikes...how is it they they are getting older but I'm not....ha ha
I am extremely excited about all the couples I have booked for next year! I swear I am so lucky because they are all lots of fun and cute to boot! Meghan and Bob had their engagement shoot last weekend and we soooo lucked out with the weather. You can't beat 70 degrees in November. Here are some of my favorite shots!
On Nov. 18th I went all the way out to Mascoutah to shoot ALi and Dan's wedding. These are two of the nicest people I have ever met. Both of them are just so sweet and kind....I had a lot of fun with them!
Contact me for an AMAZING special I am offering in those months!! Serious savings to the first ones who book in either of those months.

Boudoir Information
*** BPIC sessions are closed for 2008***** These shoots are a lot of fun! I think most people find it nerve wracking at first but then feel at ease in no time and just start having fun! I don't know one person who has regretted doing it and the guys I have talked to have thought it was the best thing their wife or fiance has ever done for them! The shoots can be done at my house (pics on my blog http://www.sjmacky.blogspot.com/) or at a hotel of your choice. If you choose the hotel you would pay for the room. Some hotels give discounted rates if you only want to rent for part of the day instead of a whole night. The cost of the session when it's done at my house is only $250 and that includes a high res DVD with all of your images (usually around 75-125..sometimes more) and I "touch-up" (meaning airbrushing trouble spots and stuff) about 20 of your favorites. I also put them in a passcode protected gallery so you have a little online slideshow.
one of the only pics you'll ever see of me (there's a reason I stay BEHIND the camera) One of these days I'll get a cool picture...until then this will have to do!
