Congrats Caitlin and Brian

Even though it rained, AGAIN...Caitlin and Brian had a beautiful wedding on Saturday. I am starting to think I am cursed because it has rained on every wedding I have done this year except ONE...What's going on? I thought el nino was over ha ha Oh well, here's a peek at their day! slideshow

I love way Caitlin was looking at her dad right before she went down the aisle

super beautiful ice sculpture

This was my first time shooting at the Crowne Plaza and they do this cool little dance when they serve the head table to Beauty and the Beast's "Be our Guest" song. It is so neat!

Why is it that sooo many ladies want to catch the bouquet.....
(the lady near the middle seems really bummed) continue to bottom for rest of question

...but the guys act like it is poisonous...hmmmm...and it happens like this all the time!

Congratulations Christy and Joel

I got to shoot Christy and Joel's wedding last Friday. Christy is actually the sister of Jenna, whose wedding I photographed last June. This was such a great, laid back day. The weather was a little chilly but at least we didn't see any rain! Congrats guys and thanks for letting me share your day!
Here's a quick slideshow that gives a little snapshot of the day!

I love this series of Christy getting in her dress. If the guys only knew how difficult it is for brides getting ready.....

ok take a deep breath and let it out...

ouch that freakin hurts....
jeesh I need to hold onto something before I fall over ok...let's get all the bridesmaids over here to get me in this thing

AHHHHHHHHHHHH finally!

Rebecca and Mike

Rebecca and Mike were one of the most calm, organized couples I have worked with so far. I can't even begin to imagine the amount of time Rebecca must have devoted to planning this wedding. It was a fall themed wedding with the ceremony and reception at the Wildflower in the Central West End. That place is great for smaller weddings! Rebecca had some of the neatest DIY projects! It was so nice spending the day with them. Mikes family's is from the south and they just had such a way of making me feel like part of the family!! Congrats guys and thanks for lettimg me share your day!!

These fruit and veggie topiaries were AWESOME!

I loved her picture frame idea to remember family members that had passed away!

such a cute idea for a fall themed wedding!

This room had such an intimate feeling and was all it by candles during the ceremony and dinner!

I thought this cake was so neat because it wasn't the traditional white wedding cake!!

Toby and Tess

everyone had a blast at the reception!

Toby and Tess had one of the coolest ceremonies (did I spell that right?!) that I have ever seen! Not only did they have a full catholic mass, they did the traditional wedding customs from the Phillipines and India! It was my first multi-cultural wedding and I learned a great deal. I loved seeing how different cultures celebrate marriage!
