Congrats Tony And Andrea!

Andrea and Tony had a beautiful wedding on February 10th! It was freezing outside but they were troopers and wanted to forge ahead with plans for outside pics!

Ok so January is a busy time for photographers...lots of people get engaged over the holidays. I am offering a free engagment session with high res CD and full copyrights for FREE...yes that's right....FREE... to anyone who books a wedding through a consultation had this month!!! I am only taking dates for November and December 2007, but I still have lots of dates left in 2008 (although they are booking up) so if you are thinking about choosing me as your photographer...keep the free engagement session in mind...you can also substitute the engagement shoot for a bridal portrait session!

also I have put together a little slideshow of my 2006 highlights...There were so many that I really liked but I didn't want to have it be 500 pictures long (which still isn't a lot considering I gave my clients over 13,000 proofs last year) so I narrowed it down to around 300...let me know what ya think!!!

I've come full circle!

I have been with Amy and Ryan for engagement pictures, wedding pictures, and now their little baby Connor's one month old pictures. It was really neat to see them evolve as a couple and baby Connor was so good that day! Here were a few of my favorites!

Congrats Bobbi and Mike!!

Have I ever mentioned that....I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY JOB! Bobbi and Mike are a perfect example why. My first wedding of '07 was a freakin blast. I could have stayed with them all night. There were times during the day when I laughed so hard I thought I would pee in my pants (like when they hacked the top of their cake off for the cake cutting) and times that I literally cried (at the cemetery and during the toasts) The whole day was so emotion filled! What a way to start off the year! I am so excited for this year's weddings!!!







this was a first for me...instead of going somewhere to do pics we went to the cemetery where the groom's mom was buried. It was very emotional!

Christine and Drew

On Dec 30th I shot my friend Christine's wedding. It was a really small ceremony, but it was so sweet. For some reason I can't upload more pics so I will try to figure out what's going on! Until then these will have to do!

ok, so I don't really do too many kids anymore (besides my own of course) and a friend at work wanted to do some quick pics for her Christmas cards that she's going to be sending out. I thought these were pretty cute. The are just the first mark-ups but so far I am diggin' them! These kids go to the school I work at and they are so cute!!

Officially the last wedding of 2006!

Everything that could have gone wrong for Susan and Bryan's wedding did...but they still had such a postitive attitude and the day turned out great. The ice storm that came two days before their big day put a major kink in their plans! Her flowers died because the florist lost power, family from Califonia were stranded in Chicago (but eventually made it) and a groomsman from Kansas City had to stay home because the highway was shut down...but they still had a beautiful ceremony and a really fun day. I got to shoot at Windows on Washington for the first time so I was pretty excited about that! I am looking forward to having about a month off! Now maybe I can get some stuff done around here...so I probably won't have much to post until after the holidays! Merry Christmas everybody!

Welp, here's the fam...I don't EVER get my picture taken...EVER...so I know it's cheesy and posed but it was Thanksgiving and I had my camera so I had my sis take a quick pic...at least now ya know who is behind all the posts!
